Meet nougat, caramel's popular cousin. Ours is beaten with egg whites and pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla before we add roasted hazelnuts and cashews. As with all of our chewy centers, nougat is cooked to a medium to firm chew so you can better enjoy the flavor and make it last longer.
