Looking for something and can't find it?

First, try using the Search box in the upper right corner of your screen.
For example, if you are looking for Marshmallow candies, type “marshmallow" into the search bar and all of our Marshmallow products will come up. Tip: use general terms.

If that doesn't‚ work, answer these questions:

1) Have you ordered this product from Anderson's Candy Shop before?
Yes: See the instructions below for Requesting a Special Order.
No: See question 2.

2) Are you looking for a way to order an item you know we make, but don't know how to Special Order it? For example, a one pound box of our milk chocolate Buttercreams. (Any of the individual pieces of candy that come inside our boxed chocolates can be specially boxed to fit your tastes.)
Yes: See the instructions below for Requesting a Special Order.
No: See question 3.

3) Are you looking for an item you are not sure we make?
Yes: Email us and ask. Just click the Contact Us button in the lower left corner of your screen. richmond.candy.shop@gmail.com

Requesting a Special Order

1) Click the Add to Cart button.
2) On the next page, click the “Checkout" button. Don't worry, you won't be charged anything, and you will be able to enter the details of your Special Order on a following page.
3) a) If you are already logged in to your customer account, skip to step 4. b) If you are not logged in, log in. If you are a new customer, please create a customer account.
4) The next screen will be the Payment Information screen. Fill out all sections. When you get the bottom section, under “Add Comments About Your Order" fill in your specific order details. Please include the product name, size or weight desired, number of each item desired and chocolate type (milk, dark, white, mixed milk and dark). If you would like special wrapping paper, a card enclosed, or any have any other specifications about your order, please include them here also.

For example:

I would like two, ½ pound boxes of Chocolate Covered Cherries, one box in milk chocolate and one box in dark chocolate. Please wrap in holiday paper with a card that reads: Merry Christmas! Love, Santa

5) Click the Continue button.
6) You will now be on the Order Confirmation page. You will be asked for credit card information in order to proceed. Please note that the total cost for your Special Order is $0.00. You will be contacted as soon as possible with confirmation of your order and the price of your Special Order.
