Truffles include White Chocolate Raspberry, Pink Champagne and either Intense Chocolate or Strawberry. They are a mix of milk and dark chocolate.
HOS supports individuals at every stage of their journey out of homelessness. In fiscal year 2025 (ending June 30, 2025), HOS served 488 unduplicated individuals—240 adults and 248 children—through its Shelter, Housing, Intake, and Outreach Aftercare programs, providing 64,739 nights of shelter, according to HOS officials.
Of those actively engaged in HOS programs, 85% successfully transitioned to safe, stable housing.
In addition, HOS impacted 2,338 individuals through referral services and vouchers redeemable at its seven Sparrow’s Nest and Community Threads Thrift Stores across northern Illinois, a HOS spokesperson said. A total of 119 vouchers were issued, providing $10,425 in furniture, household items, and clothing at no cost to clients.
